These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Langoola mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by ePic design s.r.o., a company based in Slovakia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Langoola, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Langoola is an AI-driven language learning app that allows users to engage in interactive conversations and learning exercises. To use Langoola, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
  • Create an account with a valid email address and username.
  • Follow the usage guidelines and act respectfully toward others and the platform.

2. Freemium Model and Subscriptions

  • Langoola offers a freemium model: basic features are free; advanced features may require a subscription.
  • Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under their respective billing cycles.
  • Refunds are managed according to the standard policies of each app store.

3. User Conduct

To ensure a positive and respectful environment, users must not:

  • Use offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory language.
  • Engage in racist, hateful, or harassing behavior.
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI in harmful or abusive ways.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines.

4. User-Generated Content

Langoola allows users to input text or speech as part of training and conversation simulations. By using the app, you:

  • Allow us to process your content to provide AI-based language learning feedback.
  • Understand that your input may be used to train and improve the app experience.
  • Retain ownership of your original content, but grant us a license to use it within the app and related services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, and branding associated with Langoola are the property of ePic design s.r.o. or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the features, pricing, or business model of Langoola at any time. Any changes will be communicated via app updates or notifications.

7. AI Disclaimer

Langoola uses AI models to simulate language conversations. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or unintended responses. We do not take responsibility for any errors or misunderstandings resulting from AI outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ePic design s.r.o. shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Errors made by the AI.
  • Interruptions or failures in service availability.

Use the app at your own discretion and risk.
